What this refund policy covers
This policy applies to watermark-free PDF downloads and any other paid feature bought on likeresume.com. These are sold by LimeWorks Digital Inc. Features offered for free have no purchase price to refund. The price and what you receive are shown before you pay.
Digital purchases
Your watermark-free PDF is a digital product that is unlocked as soon as payment is complete. Please preview your resume before buying. Because the download is delivered immediately, purchases are generally not refundable once the download has been unlocked, including for a change of mind.
When we give a refund
We will refund your payment if:
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
- you paid but could not download or unlock your PDF, and we are unable to fix the problem; or
- you were charged in error.
We will also give any refund required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
How to ask for help or a refund
Email contact@likeresume.com with the email address used at checkout, your order number from the receipt email (if you have it), the date of purchase and a short description of the problem. For download problems we will usually try to fix the issue first. Please do not email card details or your full resume.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Your bank or card provider may take several business days to show the credit.
